INTRODUCTION
Problem | Relevance | Research Question, Variables, & Hypotheses

WHAT IS A RESEARCH QUESTION?
WHAT ARE VARIABLES?
WHAT ARE HYPOTHESES?

The answers to these three important questions are too involved to be addressed collectively on a single page. Confusion might reign supreme, I fear. Thus, for the sake of clarity we will treat them as three related questions on three separate pages.

Statement of the RESEARCH QUESTION

Identification of the VARIABLES

Statement of the HYPOTHESES

Keep in mind, however, that like both the problem/issue and the relevance (or importance) of the problem/issue, all three of the above elements also appear within the Introduction section of a scientific research article.
