In Practice Sets 1A, 1B, and 1C, you will engage in exercises aimed at improving your ability to create your own Abstract for assignments such as lab reports, field reports, science fair posters, and original research articles.

PRACTICE SET 1A is for students with little or no understanding of the function of an abstract AND no experience in reading scientific research articles.

PRACTICE SET 1B is for students with at least some understanding of the function of an abstract AND little experience in reading scientific research articles.

PRACTICE SET 1C is for students with a good understanding of the function of an abstract AND some experience reading scientific research articles..
